VOICE 2026:
'Feel Heard,
Be Heard.'

About VOICE

What is VOICE?

VOICE is our annual awareness campaign that runs through the month of April, bringing individuals from our community together.

We provide a space that encourages collaboration and storytelling, sharing significant experiences and messages through content across our digital platforms.

VOICE aims at strengthening the bond of our sector, and ensuring individuals voices are heard in the process.

Because we believe everyone has the right to be heard.

'Feel Heard, Be Heard.'

WHY

If you've ever felt unheard, or witnessed someone struggle to have their voice acknowledged, this campaign is for you.

That goes for anyone involved in this sector. Healthcare providers, educators, parents, carers, individuals with disabilities, and any others in our community.

By sharing your experience or someone else's within the disability and mental health sector, you provide context and meaning to what it truly means to feel, and be heard. Your story can inspire others to speak up, creating moments where people feel seen, supported, and less alone.

Your story might include:

  • A moment when you felt truly listened to and understood

  • A time when someone advocated for you or you advocated for someone else

  • An experience where you witnessed exceptional support that made someone feel valued

  • A challenge that shows where voices are still being missed in our sector

  • Celebrating people or organisations who create spaces where everyone is heard

  • These are just a few examples, and if you are unsure if your experience might not fit… contact us!
