Experience:
I have almost 3 years working in the Support Coordination field, primarily with participants with complex psychosocial and/or complex physical disabilities. I have 6 years working in the Disability and over 20 years of lived experience in the sector.
Specialization:
The areas that I feel drawn to are where I can offer mental health, family violence and therapeutic support to participants and care team members.
Achievements:
I have been having a lot of success with supporting participants and their care teams to focus on their strengths, so that they can grow in that space with confidence and with a more person-centred outlook.

Empowering individuals with disability is so ingrained with who I am as a person, that I feel blessed to spend my days supporting them to use their voices, become empowered in their choices and live their lives the way that they want to. I love being my participants biggest and loudest cheer squad, and each day brings a new challenge and opportunity to learn something new.
